Your eyes see the world. Can they see EVERYTHING that exists? No. They can’t. We cannot see the millions of microscopic objects, and the entirety of the light spectrum because our eyes can only see a fraction of what is in front of you right now.
Your ears hear. Can they hear EVERY sound that is happening at this moment? No. Our ears can only hear a fixed range of frequencies.
The same holds true for our sense of taste, smell and touch. You cannot feel dust particles crashing into your body, there are gas vapors present that your olfactory system cannot detect. An infinite number of things are just beyond our perception.
Now think of how limitless the universe is and how much information we as humans can process with our finite and limited senses.
What percentage of the universe in its totality are we as humans privy to?
And then our ego tries to tell us what it “thinks” is TRUTH.
Based on what?
So, how would it feel to not have to believe any thought. Try this and see what you notice.
