I specialize in working with teens and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, specific learning disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and those who struggle with academic, social, and relationship issues. In my 28 years as a Limited Licensed Psychologist, I have found the client-therapist relationship is fundamental to a meaningful therapeutic process. I strive to create an emotionally enriching, culturally sensitive and supportive environment for all my clients. At the heart of my approach is an emphasis on helping clients discover their personal strengths and assisting them in cultivating ways to use these strengths to manage stressors and ultimately flourish. As part of this, I assist clients in mastering self-help tools and strategies that can be practiced outside of the therapy setting. I help clients explore the strong connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and together, assist them in facilitating a healthier thought process that leads to positive emotional expression and productive, goal-oriented behaviors. I look forward to working with you.
