I am a psychotherapist with more than 30 years’ experience with a wide variety of adult patients, from hospital and prison populations to my more recent work in outpatient private practice. I believe that people benefit from understanding and mastering problems in living, whatever the source, enabling them to make better choices and improve self-care and functioning. I am trained in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies, and I take a sensitive and sensible approach to my profession.
