As a clinical therapist, I strive to foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages growth and healing. I obtained my Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2001 and have worked extensively as a school social worker providing case management, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling among a variety of other tasks. I have a background in working with anxiety and depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, trauma, and personal adjustment to major life changes such as divorce, familial relationships, and grief and loss. My experience has led me to work with various populations ranging in ethnic, socioeconomic diversity, as well as a diverse array of personal and mental health issues. These experiences have led me to be a more compassionate and understanding therapist. I look forward to working with you.
