Hi, I’m Kalie, and I’m a master’s level therapist at Collaborative Health Center. Starting therapy can be a big step, and I strive to make the process feel warm, supportive, and approachable. I believe therapy works best when it’s safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, so you can speak openly about what you’re going through and begin moving toward meaningful change.
Much of my professional background has focused on supporting children, teens, and young adults, including work in school-based settings and helping clients navigate the transition into college and early adulthood. I understand how stress can build over time and show up as anxiety, irritability, shutdowns, school refusal, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or for your child, we’ll focus on building coping skills, strengthening confidence, and creating a clear plan forward.
A primary focus of my work is ADHD, and I have specialized training in ADHD-informed therapy, including executive functioning support, emotional regulation, and CBT-informed strategies. ADHD isn’t just about attention. It can affect time management, follow-through, and big emotions, including sensitivity to criticism or rejection. Many people experience time blindness, procrastination, and years of “masking” by seeming put-together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. You don’t have to mask here or have it all together. We’ll work on realistic tools that fit your brain and your life.
I’m also certified in grief and loss, and I support clients through life transitions, anxiety, stress, and the challenges that can come with change. If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I’m here to support you as you take the next steps forward.
