Argue With Reality

When you argue with reality, you lose—every single time. Does life care how much you worry about it? Does it respond to your sadness or anger? All the emotional energy spent wishing things were different doesn’t change your present circumstances. So, pause and notice: how does it feel right now to be angry, anxious, or sad?
