Client Care Admin Positions
We’re hiring: Part-Time Client Care Administrator (Remote/Hybrid/In-Person) — Livonia, Ml
Collaborative Health Center is a psychotherapy group practice with 20+ clinicians. We’re looking for someone who’s warm, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure to help respond to new therapy inquiries and guide people through onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Communicates with empathy (and can still hold boundaries)
- Can ask tough questions kindly and keep conversations efficient
- Loves problem-solving and catching details others miss
- Takes confidentiality seriously (PHI)
What you’ll do:
- Return client voicemails and respond to online inquiries (email/text)
- Match clients to clinicians based on needs, availability, and insurance
- Follow up proactively when clients don’t respond or forms aren’t completed
- Provide referrals when we’re not the right fit
- Accurate data entry + consistency across systems
🕒Part-time, flexible (Mon-Fri, generally 9-5)
